Conversation Cards
Conversation Cards is a digital tool for mental health consumers, NDIS participants and health professionals (Users) to use for facilitating good support conversations and goal planning. The Conversation Cards are designed to be used on your own or with a support person.
The Conversation Cards app enables you to take notes and save your responses to different cards relating to your supports, goals, ideas, and to share them with a health professional or support person if you want to. These saved responses are designed for your personal use and Neami does not read or collect that information for any other purpose. Users won’t receive any feedback on the responses they save in the cards from Neami.
